Leonardo Delgadillo Laredo

Leonardo Delgadillo Laredo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leonardo began their career as an Intern in the systems area at Gran Hotel Cochabamba in 2012, where they conducted a diagnosis and analysis of a new hotel system and provided support to the system manager. In the same year, they also worked as an Intern in the production area at Muebles Victor Muriel, where they analyzed the company's current situation and proposed improvements in various areas.

In 2014, Leonardo worked as an Intern of Continuous Improvement at Nuevatel, where they standardized business processes, solved problems, and corrected mistakes in documentation.

Leonardo then joined Edif. Galeria Alexandra in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided general administrative support. Later that year, they worked as a Dev-21 at Fundación Jala, a role that lasted until 2017.

From 2017 onwards, Leonardo joined Jalasoft, initially as a Software Intern before being promoted to Junior Software Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Staff Software Developer, a role they have been in since December 2019.

Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Logistic and Transportation at Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, where they focused on Supply Chain Management from 2016 to 2017.
