Hazel Alptekin

Hazel Alptekin is an experienced product development professional specializing in New Product Introduction and New Product Development for personal care and health and wellness products. Currently serving as an NPI/NPD Coordinator at Jalco since September 2024, Hazel is responsible for coordinating product development from ideation to launch, regulatory compliance, and optimizing existing formulations. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Development Specialist at EHP Holdings, where Hazel managed projects and ensured compliance with food standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
