Grayson Hicks

Grayson Hicks has over a decade of experience in Quality Assurance, holding various management and analytical roles within the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Jam City since November 2014, Grayson creates test plans, conducts daily testing for Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, and collaborates with the Community team to resolve player issues. Prior roles include QA Manager at Wormhole Games, where a 100% approval rate was achieved for iOS submissions, and similar positions at GREE, Funzio, Kabam, and Playdom, overseeing multiple game releases and managing teams of testers. Grayson began experience in the field at LucasArts and Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, focusing on multiplayer testing and compliance standards. Grayson holds a GED from Sequoia adult school.
