Oray Oktay

Oray Oktay has a diverse background in Information Technology, with experience ranging from System Administration to IT Project Management. Oray has worked at Jam City as the Vice President of IT, overseeing IT initiatives, strategic planning, project management, and technology recommendations. Prior to this, Oray was at the Ministry of Interior of Turkey as an Information Technology Program Manager, working on the E-Government project "e-içişleri." Oray also worked as a Junior Technical Field Engineer at BT Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd., specializing in Business Intelligence Software Systems. Oray holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Baskent University.
