Noël Russell has extensive experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event production. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a freelance copywriter, content creator, digital marketing consultant, and event producer, working with national brands such as Alaska Airlines, REI, Daniel Wellington, Amazon, Eddie Bauer, HOKA, Outside Magazine, Tin Cup Whiskey, Goal Zero, Zuke’s, Sanuk, The North Face, Ballast Point Brewery and Charles Smith Wines.
In 2018, they joined Whimstay as a Chief Experience Officer and Founding Team Member, where they were tasked with managing full-funnel marketing tactics across all channels, including public relations and digital ad creative. Noël also served as the Founding Team Member and Marketing Director and the Founding Team Member and Marketing Advisor.
In 2019, they joined Resource Media as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Facilitator and an Advisor. In 2020, they joined JAM Collective as a Digital Marketing Manager and On The Land Media as an Advisor.
In 2021, they joined Outbound Collective as an Advisor and Digital Marketing & Community Engagement Strategist, and PNW Outdoor Women as a Founding Board Member. In 2022, they joined The Conservation Alliance as an Advisor for the Confluence Program Committee, and Brown Girls Climb, LLC as a Founding Board Member.
