Cindy McSweeny has extensive work experience in customer service and sales roles. Cindy started their career in 1994 as a Telephone Sales Representative at Sears Canada, where they consistently met or exceeded monthly targets. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Royal Aviation LLC / Canada 3000 Limited, resolving passenger complaints and managing compensation requests.

In 2001, Cindy joined Bell Mobility as an Accounts Receivable representative, where they initiated outbound calls to collect outstanding balances while maintaining a professional attitude. In 2004, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst and co-founded the Quality Assurance team for the Accounts Receivables department. Cindy created reports and trained colleagues on reporting systems.
