Iris A Chan

Iris A Chan is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and service design across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at Experience.Monks, Iris has collaborated with notable brands such as Pixel, Google, IBM, Adidas, and Panasonic since August 2021. Prior roles include Innovation Consultant at Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC), Service Design and Strategy Consultant at IAC Experience Design, and Service Design Lead at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Iris has a proven track record in facilitating workshops, employing design thinking, and creating tailored services for diverse audiences, particularly linguistic minority immigrants.
