Martinique Kamphuis

Martinique Kamphuis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production operations, business development, and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Operations at Monks, since May 2022, responsibilities include resource allocation and project alignment. Previously, from October 2016 to April 2022, Martinique held the position of Business Developer and Studio Manager at Tellart, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing HR and financial reporting. As Founder of Landladies from June 2014 to June 2016, Martinique developed services for Airbnb hosts. Martinique also served as Managing Director for Classic Real Estate and Development from September 2013 to July 2015, managing financial and administrative affairs in the Netherlands. Earlier experience includes freelance production for an international Heineken event and assisting in marketing operations at Heineken. Martinique's educational background includes a Propedeuse in PABO from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Nima-A diploma from ICM.
