Christopher Shaw P.e.

Christopher Shaw P.E., CMRP is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and maintenance operations within the power generation industry. Currently serving as Program Manager for Generation Projects and Maintenance Outages at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited since December 2015, Christopher leads outage planning teams and oversees critical projects such as emergency repairs and major overhauls. Previous roles include Mechanical Specialist at Alcoa, where responsibilities included commissioning and technical consultation, Reliability Engineer at multiple companies ensuring equipment reliability, and Project Engineer handling capital projects. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and has extensive experience in mechanical design, troubleshooting, and operational management.
