Winsome Callum has extensive work experience in the field of Corporate Communications. Winsome started their career at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited in 2005 as the Head of Department for Corporate Communications, a position they held until 2013. In 2014, they returned to the company as the Director of Corporate Communications. In 2016, their role expanded to include Customer Experience, and they held the position of Director of Corporate Communications and Customer Experience until December 2020.
Winsome Callum holds a BA (Hons) degree from The University of the West Indies, Mona. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree from the University of Hull and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of New Orleans.
