James Nease has extensive experience as a Project Superintendent, with a focus on construction projects in Texas, particularly in the Houston and Baytown areas. At Jamail & Smith Construction, LP, James successfully managed the construction of Chase Bank locations from the ground up, overseeing projects from initiation to closeout between March 2011 and February 2013. Prior to that, James spent a decade at Modern Contractor, where notable projects included the Animal Adoption Center, Fire Arms Training Center, and Network Operations Center, also completed from the ground up. James's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Northwest Junior College and obtaining a high school diploma in Horn Lake, Mississippi, which includes foundational computer skills.
