Ahmed Mamdouh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Currently serving as the Group Director of IT & Business Excellence at Jamal Al-Ghurair Group of Companies since June 2014, Ahmed has led the development and execution of comprehensive digital transformation strategies and implemented cloud-based solutions to improve operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Ahmed held various positions including IT Manager at Hesham El Sewedy, where responsibilities included managing data centers across multiple countries, leading ERP implementations, and overseeing ISO 9001 projects. Ahmed's career began at El-Araby Group as IT Resource Manager, where significant contributions included IT budgeting, network administration, and project management for various digital initiatives. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Diploma in Information Systems from Sadat Academy.
