Magdalena Rathmann

Magdalena Rathmann serves as the Head of Organizational & Team Development at jambit since August 2022, where collaboration and customer-oriented value creation are central to the role. With experience as an Organizational & Team Development Consultant and New Leadership Coach, Magdalena is part of the leadership team at the new competence center. Magdalena has also been a consultant and agile coach since October 2019, providing coaching and training in organizational development. In addition to professional roles, Magdalena lectures on Change Management at Jade Hochschule and has taught Agility and Organizational Design at Universität Leipzig. Previous positions include Enterprise Agile Coach at AOK Systems GmbH and founder of the Young Producers Association, among others. Academic qualifications include education from Queen Mary University of London.
