Gene Hua

Gene Hua is an experienced professional in asset management with a comprehensive background in overseeing real estate portfolios. Currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Management at Jamboree Housing Corporation since May 2021, Gene has prior experience as a Senior Asset Manager and Asset Manager at Alliant Asset Management from 2017 to May 2021. Gene also held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Hunt Capital Partners, LLC from 2012 to 2017, where the company managed over $13 billion in assets. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst at WNC & Associates, Analyst at Belgravia Capital, and Financial Analyst II at Highridge Costa Housing Partners, LLC. Gene's educational qualifications include a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Management from UC Irvine and studies at Meiji Gakuin University.
