Richard Owens

Richard Owens is currently the Regional Director of Community Impact for Jamboree Housing Corporation in Southern California. Prior to this role, Owens held positions such as Director of Housing at Grandma's House of Hope and Program Manager at Volunteers of America Los Angeles. Owens has a strong background in supportive housing services for veterans and families, as well as experience in teaching history and theology. Owens holds a Master's degree in Teaching/Social Science from the University of Southern California, a Master of Divinity in Recovery Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on History/Social Science from Chapman University.
