Kristin Baxter

Kristin Baxter is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Jamco America since October 2022. With nearly a decade of experience at Vimly Benefit Solutions, Kristin progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and Business Process Consultant, while co-creating a DEI employee resource group and developing company-wide training initiatives. Prior roles include Benefits & Financial Coordinator at ND Orthodontics, where financial planning and record maintenance were key responsibilities, and a decade in the childcare industry advancing from Teacher Assistant to Assistant Director, focusing on classroom management and training program development.
