Nobuhiko Seki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in senior management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Managing Executive and Chief Transformation Officer at Jamco since August 2025, Seki previously held senior executive positions at Bain Capital and Koki Holdings, including roles such as Senior Vice President for multiple divisions. Over the years, Seki has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, supply chain management, and business transformation, with a career that includes significant positions at 3M, AlixPartners, and Sanyo. Seki holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and both an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
