Andrew Satterfield

Andrew Satterfield joined Scott in 2015 as a Health Cost Strategist and leads the Financial Risk Performance team. In his role, he offers expertise and actuarial analysis to guide employers in their benefits decisions and comprehensive health cost strategies.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Satterfield joined Accenture where he worked as the manager of the healthcare business unit, leading the pricing and risk management team. Andrew and his team developed pricing and risk models for clients and advised company executives on optimizing account profitability. During his time at Accenture, he also gained valuable industry experience working as an analyst for the client financial management team and as a consultant for the financial planning and analysis team.
