Ashley Moore is the Team Leader for Personal Insurance, Small Business and Program Bonds, providing day-to-day oversight and support to these operations teams. Ashley began her career with Scott in 2005 as a member of the Risk Performance Group. Her responsibilities covered overseeing daily operations, onboarding new employees, developing training materials, and implementing new processes and procedures.
Ashley is also a driving force behind Scott’s community initiatives within Lynchburg and the surrounding area, including a local afterschool backpack program that supported 39 families.
