Karen Jones

Karen Jones is the Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Western Territory at Scott Insurance. Karen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Karen began their career in insurance at Allstate in 1985 as an underwriter for personal lines. Karen was promoted to Sales Management in 1991 and then Agency Owner in 1997. In 2012, they left Allstate to join Scott Insurance.

At Scott Insurance, Karen is responsible for overseeing the commercial operations for the Western Territory. Karen is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success.

Karen Jones has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Roanoke College in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Karen also has a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from an accredited institution.

They are on a team with Amanda Brink - VP, Risk Solutions, Cathleen Reilly - VP, Talent Acquisition Director, and Dina Fonzone - VP, Health Risk Performance. Their manager is Hutch Mauck, President.
