Kathy Ferrell joined Scott in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Benefit Operations and Professional Development. Prior to joining Scott, Kathy spent 10 years as Director of Human Resources for a commercial construction company and a manufacturing operation focusing on the construction of printed circuit boards. She also served on the company’s Board of Directors and was listed as an officer of the corporation.
Kathy received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Old Dominion University, with a concentration in human resource management. She currently serves on Scott’s ESOP Administration Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Lynchburg College of Nursing community advisory committee.
