Kim Arvanitis

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry working in Property and Casualty, Kim Arvanitis is the Commercial Operations Manager for our Carolina region. In this role, she manages service teams, and day-to-day commercial operations, including handling escalated coverage issues, analyzing and improving organizational processes, and working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Prior to joining Scott in 2020, Kim's experience has been in client-facing roles, before stepping into leadership in 2015. She’s licensed in Property and Casualty and holds a CISR designation.
