Sarah Diehl

Sarah Diehl, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with roles ranging from VP of HR and Training at Craveable Hospitality Group to General Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Sarah is currently the Founder & Principal at Empowered Hospitality, providing HR and talent solutions to hospitality businesses. Sarah is also involved in various industry organizations, such as the Women's Leadership Programs Advisory Committee at The James Beard Foundation and as a member of the NYC Hospitality Alliance and Hoboken Hospitality Alliance. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University and is a 2021 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
