Anne Fromknecht has more than 12 years of experience in applied social science, evaluation, and technical assistance. Her technical skills include project management, evaluation design, logic model development, design and administration of data collection tools, qualitative data analysis, and dissemination.
At JBA, Fromknecht directs the Understanding Judicial Decision-Making and Hearing Quality in Child Welfare project and a subcontract to the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law to help develop national performance measures for child welfare courts, judges, and attorneys. She also currently works on the Technical Assistance on Evaluation for Discretionary Grant Programs and the Cross-Center Evaluation of the Child Welfare Capacity Building Collaborative projects. She previously worked on the Evaluation Technical Assistance for Title IV-E Waiver Demonstrations project.
Prior to joining JBA, Fromknecht directed the evaluation of the National Child Welfare Resource Center on Legal and Judicial Issues, a national training and technical assistance center funded by the Children’s Bureau. She received an M.P.H. from the University of Pittsburgh.
