Prior to this role, Dean held various positions in companies such as McDonald's, Financial Conduct Authority, Deloitte, and Capgemini Invent, where Dean gained experience in change management, organizational transformation, and digital enablement. Dean's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland.
