The Facility Management team at JDC Management, LLC is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and operational efficiency of more than 2000 multifamily units across South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Louisiana. This team ensures that properties are well-maintained and safe, enhances the overall living experience for residents, and implements proactive strategies for property improvement. Key members include the VP of Construction, the Director of Maintenance, and the Regional Maintenance Manager, all of whom work together to meet the firm's high standards of property management excellence.
