Jaclyn Palazzolo

Jaclyn Palazzolo is a partner at ALAW, where they head the Attorney Closing Division. Jaclyn has over eight years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on foreclosure, probate, estate planning, and guardianship.

Jaclyn started their career at Gilbert Garcia Group P.A. in September 2013 as the Managing Title Attorney. In this role, they oversaw the REO closing department, commercial closings, retail residential closings, and refinances. Jaclyn was also responsible for reviewing and preparing complaints for foreclosure cases, as well as title claims and post-foreclosure title issues.

In April 2016, Jaclyn left Gilbert Garcia Group P.A. to join Voxtur as an Attorney Closing Specialist. At Voxtur, they were responsible for overseeing the closing process for buyers and sellers, as well as managing and litigating numerous real estate foreclosure files.

In their current role at ALAW, Jaclyn is responsible for overseeing the attorney closing process for buyers and sellers, as well as managing and litigating numerous real estate foreclosure files. Jaclyn is also a licensed title agent with Fidelity, Stewart, Westcor, and The Fund.

Jaclyn Palazzolo graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctor in Criminal Law. Jaclyn also holds a degree in Criminology and Political Science from Florida State University.
