Lynn Cook

Lynn Cook is an experienced insurance manager currently serving at James Fisher and Sons plc since December 2013. Prior to this role, Lynn held the position of Manager at Liverpool & London Steamship P&I Association from August 1983 to June 2016, where significant accomplishments included serving as claims director and CEO, overseeing the successful run-off and Part VII transfer of residual liabilities leading to the organization's closure in 2016. Earlier experience includes being an Officer Cadet and 4th Officer at Ocean Transport & Trading Ltd from 1977 to 1982, where Lynn worked on general cargo and container vessels as well as product tankers. Lynn holds a BSc Hons in nautical studies from Liverpool John Moores University and has obtained the ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
