As the leader of DAVIS’ Integrated Construction Group (ICG), Chris is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Business Solutions, Scheduling, Safety, Lean, Sustainability, Virtual Construction, Field Engineering, and Yard functions. In combining his knowledge across these disciplines, with his construction operations background, Chris arms the teams with industry-leading resources and a technology infrastructure to support business and project systems enterprise-wide.
