Gene Lindley

Gene Lindley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gene started their career as an Executive Management Trainee at Napa Auto Parts Company in 1994. After completing the trainee program, they became a Distribution Center Assistant Sales Manager at Napa Auto Parts for a brief period in 1997. Later that year, they joined James H. Drew Corp as a Project Manager/Estimator, where they worked until 2003.

In 2003, Lindley moved to Balkamp Corporation as a Product Manager, and in 2004, they joined James H. Drew Corporation again, this time as a Divisional Manager. During their tenure as Divisional Manager, they oversaw the company's daily operating activities, negotiated insurance renewals, communicated with customers and stakeholders, and coordinated with satellite operations in Tennessee and Missouri.

In 2009, Lindley was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer at James H. Drew Corporation, where they currently serve. In addition to their operational responsibilities, they have also been actively involved in industry organizations such as the Indiana Constructors Association LDC Group and the Indiana Constructors, Inc. Board of Directors.

Gene Lindley attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1990 to 1992. Gene obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing during this time.
