Diane Carliell Sa

Diane Carliell has extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Financial Controller at James Hardie since April 2022, Diane previously held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer and IoT Group Financial Controller at IoT.nxt from May 2020 to November 2021. Prior to this, Diane worked at Vodafone as a Regional Financial Controller (Finance Director) for VGE MEA from October 2018 to April 2020. Diane's career at Vodacom spanned from January 1999 to September 2018, where multiple leadership roles included Executive Head of Retail BI and Commercial Support, among others. Diane began the professional journey as an Auditor at JH Malin from January 1996 to December 1998. Diane holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a CA(SA) degree from the University of South Africa.
