Josh Simmons

Josh Simmons serves as the Plant Human Resources Manager at James Hardie Building Products Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Josh held the position of Head of Human Resources at Aker Solutions from August 2019 to February 2022, and served as Human Resource Manager at Hwashin America Corp. from April 2005 to August 2019. Earlier in Josh's career, an Employment Coordinator role was undertaken at Colonial Bank from May 2002 to April 2005. Josh earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University between 2003 and 2006 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English at The University of Alabama from 1999 to 2002.
