Ken Albers

Ken Albers currently serves as Quality Manager II at James Hardie, focusing on Tacoma sites since September 2022. In addition, Ken has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Clover Park Technical College since September 2018, teaching courses in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma. Previous roles include Plant Quality Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Kenworth Truck Co., as well as Production Supervisor at AIM Aerospace Inc. Ken's extensive experience at Milgard Windows & Doors involved various positions in quality and customer service management, along with a background in sales management at Bigfoot LGM, Inc. Ken holds an MBA from Boise State University and a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management from Clover Park Technical College.
