Taylor Leonard

Taylor Leonard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EH&S) and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the EH&S Global Program Manager at James Hardie since July 2015, Taylor has also held positions as Safety Project Manager and Lean Manufacturing Leader within the company. Previous roles include Plant Manager at ESAB Welding & Cutting Products and Continuous Improvement Director at American Hardwood Industries. Taylor's career began as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Masco Cabinetry. Educationally, Taylor holds a Master of Science in Forest Products and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Products Marketing and Management, both from Virginia Tech.
