Currently, Wayne serves as a member of the Breakthrough Innovation Team at Ferrara, where contributions have enhanced renowned brands such as Sweet Tarts and Nutella. As the founder and principal industrial designer of Brezovar Design LLC, Wayne applies a strong entrepreneurial perspective to various design initiatives, excelling in creative problem-solving and brand-building. Previous roles include significant positions at Apple, Life Fitness, and Brunswick Corporation, demonstrating a proven track record in design management and cross-functional collaboration. Wayne's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
