Akshita Patel

Akshita Patel is an immigration attorney with experience working at various law firms and owning their own practice. Akshita is currently an Associate Attorney at James Immigration Law, P.A., specializing in asylum, removal defense, and family-based immigration. Prior to this, Akshita worked at BROWN IMMIGRATION and Rodriguez Bell & DiFranco Law Office. Akshita Patel also served as the owner of The Law Office of Akshita Patel, LLC. Akshita completed their Doctor of Law at the University of Akron School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, Akshita worked as a Law Clerk at the Immigrant Worker Project before transitioning into their career as an attorney.
