Deborah Jordan

Deborah Jordan serves as the Associate Vice President of Advancement Information Services at James Madison University since January 2018, overseeing the implementation of various cloud-based systems such as SalesForce and Cvent as part of a major system replacement initiative. Previously, Deborah held the role of Director of Gift Processing Services at the UVA Alumni Association, managing significant philanthropic funding distributions. Deborah's experience includes serving as a Principal Application Consultant at Ellucian, where responsibilities encompassed supporting Advance implementations and customer deployments. Earlier at James Madison University, Deborah directed quality assurance for Advancement Information Services, leading a substantial implementation project. Additional roles include Senior QA Analyst at Rosetta Stone and Lead QA Tester for ERP Systems at Merck. Educational credentials include a BA in Communications from James Madison University and further studies at the same institution.
