Eric Fife

Eric Fife is a distinguished academic in the field of communication, currently serving as a Professor and Director of the School of Communication Studies at James Madison University since August 2001. Fife's career includes the progression from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor at the same institution. Prior to this, Fife was an Assistant Professor at the College of Charleston from September 1996 to May 2001. Fife earned a Ph.D. in Communication from Purdue University (1992-1996), an M.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland (1990-1992), and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and English from James Madison University (1986-1990).
