Jamie Calcagno-Roach

Jamie Calcagno-Roach currently serves as the Head of Educational Technology Services and Associate Professor at James Madison University, with extensive experience in the field of educational technology and instructional design. Since joining the university in June 2008, Jamie has held various roles, including adjunct professor in Learning, Technology, and Leadership Education, and senior instructional designer. Prior to this, Jamie worked as an HR Administrator at SI International and as a Human Resource Assistant at Benchmark Hospitality. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Adult Education/Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from James Madison University.
