Jennifer A. Keach

Jennifer A. Keach is an experienced educator and librarian with a notable career spanning several institutions. At James Madison University since March 2002, Jennifer serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Adult Degree Program, providing teaching and advising support. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Coordinator of Organizational Learning & Development within JMU Libraries, where leadership and the design of learning experiences for approximately 150 employees are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Director of Digital Services, Associate Professor, and Electronic Services Librarian, demonstrating expertise in digital services, research databases, and library management. Earlier experiences at Bridgewater College and Hampden-Sydney College further solidified Jennifer's background in collection development and public services. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Adult Education / Human Resource Development and a Master of Library Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University and The University of Alabama.
