Karina Kline-Gabel, MA, currently serves as the Director of Global Partnerships at James Madison University and is a Board Member at VPM, both positions held since June 2025. In addition, Kline-Gabel has been the President of the Virginia Latino Higher Education Network (VALHEN) since May 2003 and served on the Virginia Latino Advisory Board under Governor Ralph S.
