Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various industries. Jessica most recently served as AVP, HR Director at James River Group, where they led a team of HR Business Partners in providing HR services to over 600 employees. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Mid South Engineering, where they developed and executed strategic initiatives in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and training. Jessica also worked as a Contractor/HRIS Assistant at RTI International and as a New Business & Office Manager at Wisconsin Financial Group, Inc. Jessica has a range of skills in HR practices, policy advisement, HRIS, and office management. Jessica began their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Complete Staffing of Dane County and has held positions at Charter Communications and Staff Force, Inc.

Jessica Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Jessica also completed a Human Resources Certificate program at Madison College from 2007 to 2008. In 2012, they pursued a Human Resources Continuing Education Course at Wake Technical Community College. Additionally, Jessica has obtained several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in 2021 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015. Jessica also holds a Predictive Index Analyst certification from PI Worldwide, obtained in 2015.
