Chris Caruso

Chris Caruso holds an MBA specializing in Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. With extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, Chris has been serving as a Business Systems Analyst IV at James River Insurance Company since November 2006, following a progression of roles including Senior Business Analyst, IT Manager, and Senior Business Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Disability Consultant at Prudential Financial from 2001 to 2006. Chris is also a certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and a Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
