Neal Bilyue

Neal Bilyue has extensive experience in underwriting and insurance, currently serving as AVP, Underwriting - General Casualty at James River Insurance Company since October 2020, having previously held roles as Underwriting Manager and Assistant Underwriting Manager in the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Underwriter for Berkley Aspire in 2020, and positions at Kinsale Insurance and Nationwide, where responsibilities included data analysis, project design to reduce premium leakage, and support for sales goals in casualty and personal lines. Neal's career began at Moncure & Associates, Inc. as an Office Manager and Associate Agent, focusing on underwriting personal lines. Educationally, Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Randolph-Macon College, attained in 2006.
