Penny Hamilton

Penny Hamilton, AIC, SCLA, currently serves as the Director of Complex Claims at James River Insurance Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Penny held various positions at PMA Companies, including Claims Manager from September 2017 to February 2023 and Litigation Specialist from June 2012 to October 2016. Penny's experience also includes working as a Litigation Specialist for Berkley Human Services from October 2016 to September 2017 and at Selective Insurance from July 2002 to June 2012. Penny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Lebanon Valley College, received between 1983 and 1987.
