Brent Burden, CCIM, has over 30 years of professional experience, with a focus on commercial real estate. Brent started their career in 1989 as an Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 1995, they joined Samuelson Trading, LLC as a Market Maker, where they honed their skills in the financial industry until 2005. Following this, Burden founded their own company, Burden Trading, where they served as President until 2008.

In 2008, Burden joined Zifkin Real Estate Group as a Senior Vice President. During their time there, they specialized in Tenant and Landlord representation and investment sales. Brent co-founded the Office leasing group and successfully grew the portfolio of representation for both Tenants and agency. Burden remained with Zifkin Real Estate Group until 2012.

Since 2012, Burden has been associated with Jameson Commercial, where they hold the role of Senior Vice President. Brent specializes in Tenant representation, including retail, office, and warehouse Tenants in various industries such as marketing firms, medical offices, professional offices, law firms, and restaurants. Additionally, Burden excels in Landlord representation, effectively leasing and adding value to commercial property portfolios. Brent also performs acquisition duties, providing valuation services for commercial properties targeted by investors.

Brent Burden, CCIM, holds a Designee certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), which they earned from 2009 to 2011. Brent also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago between 1991 and 1993. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Colorado State University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General.
