Bruce Fogelson has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Bruce began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in 1983 and has since been involved in sales and leasing exceeding $100,000,000. Bruce is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate brokerage, development, and business. From 1987 to 2017, they served as the President of Paramount Homes, a Chicago-based real estate developer with expertise in various areas of the industry. Bruce has also founded and served as the CEO of Builders Online Assistant, a platform focused on transportation-oriented development, and OLA, LLC, where they invented the "Builder On-Line Assistant" and obtained several patents. Additionally, they founded LetsSponsor, a fundraising tool for charity organizations.

Bruce Fogelson completed their Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development and Finance at the University of Denver from 1979 to 1983. In 1982, they also participated in a semester abroad program called Semester At Sea/ISE, where they pursued a BSBA degree in Real Estate and Finance for one semester. Prior to their university studies, Bruce Fogelson attended Highland Park High School from 1976 to 1979. In addition to their formal education, Bruce has obtained certifications as an Illinois Real Estate Agent License from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in May 2017, and as a Real Estate Affiliate Broker from the Chicago Association of REALTORS® in January 2017.
