Mike Delfs has 28 years of experience in healthcare and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Mary, Bismarck. He has served in roles as Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at both independent hospitals and large integrated health systems. Delfs is passionate about providing care for patients at a local level. He is professionally driven by partnerships with physician groups and other healthcare organizations in order to provide the most advanced care as an independent hospital.
Delfs has always been drawn to help develop others in leadership skills. In addition, he has taught leadership course work at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
