Rachel Royer

Rachel Royer has a strong background in development and construction, holding various leadership roles in companies such as Jamestown, Google Development Ventures, and Bauen Capital. Their experience includes managing adaptive reuse projects, ground-up developments, and historic rehabilitation projects. Rachel is skilled in due diligence, entitlements, project execution, and budget monitoring. Rachel has a Master's degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University at Albany.
