Ryan Peschell - Trosan

Ryan Peschell-Trosan has extensive experience in financial management, fund accounting, and project control within the real estate industry. Ryan has held various titles such as Fund Controller, Senior Fund Accountant, and Project Controller. Ryan is skilled in preparing financial statements, cash flow projections, and managing debt summaries for multiple funds and entities. Prior to their current role, Ryan worked at AIG Global Investment Group and PRS Companies. Ryan holds a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky.
